Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solution design for a large financial services organization . This role focuses on translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architectures across multiple clouds and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture , from discovery through design and implementation.

• Partner with business, product, and technical stakeholders to define enterprise-level Salesforce solutions aligned with financial services requirements.

• Design scalable architectures across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud , and platform capabilities.

• Define integration patterns between Salesforce and core financial systems (APIs, middleware, data platforms).

• Provide architectural governance, best practices, and design documentation.

• Guide development teams on technical standards, data models, security, and performance optimization.

• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory standards typical of financial services environments.

• Support release planning, technical decision-making, and issue resolution.

• Act as the technical authority and trusted advisor for Salesforce implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience , with strong focus on enterprise solution architecture .

• Proven experience designing Salesforce solutions for large, complex organizations .

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and integration strategies.

• Experience working in financial services environments (banking, payments, insurance, lending, or capital markets).

• Expertise in security models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and compliance considerations.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong documentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud

• Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or Solution Architect-level certs)

• Exposure to large CRM modernization or transformation programs
