YOUR VITAL ROLE IN OUR OPERATIONS:
As our Warehouse Pick/Pack Associate, you are a crucial link in our supply chain. Your responsibilities will include:
Precision Picking: Use an RF Scanner to accurately pick products, meticulously matching numbers and items to fulfill orders.
Order Fulfillment: Expertly read customer orders and retrieve items from storage locations using barcodes or serial numbers.
Inventory Accuracy: Diligently update inventory records in our ERP system after each item is picked, maintaining data integrity.
Safe & Clean Environment: Actively maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse for all team members, sales staff, and visitors.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maneuver heavy equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to support warehouse workflow.
WHAT YOU BRING TO OUR INDIANAPOLIS TEAM (ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS):
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
A solid foundation of at least 1 year of prior warehouse experience.
Experience with RF Scanners is preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Unwavering dependability and attendance, with the ability to multi-task and maintain a sharp focus on details.
A strong motivation to train and continue learning new skills.
The physical stamina to stand and walk for the entire shift, and lift up to 50 lbs with or without assistance.
Good manual dexterity for operating small machinery and handheld devices.
The ability to work effectively in a non-climate controlled environment.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
