Showing Agent Opportunity Buyer’s Agent Pathway Start your real estate career with hands-on experience while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed as a clear stepping stone into becoming a producing Buyer’s Agent. We’re looking for a motivated Showing Agent to support property tours, open houses, and client follow-up within a fast-paced, growth-oriented team. You’ll learn directly from proven agents, gain confidence with buyers, and stay actively engaged in the field while building the skills to transition into production. First-year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+. Whether you’re licensed or actively completing your coursework, we’ll provide a structured path for development and advancement, supported by coaching and proven systems. Added Value • Field experience through showings and open houses • Direct mentorship from experienced agents • Systems and tools to support consistent client communication • Active involvement with buyers to build confidence Responsibilities: • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster Qualifications: • Present yourself in a professional manner • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Real estate license required • Sales communication experience About Company: Elite operates out of one of the top-producing, flagship real estate offices in San Diego.
