What You’ll Do:
· Lead monthly reporting, reconciliation, and analysis of inventory and plant cost activities.
· Manage full-cycle P&L analysis, including revenue, margins, SG&A, and net income performance.
· Oversee the accuracy of key subledgers: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, and Fixed Assets.
· Supervise A/P processing, cash applications, cost center reporting, and capital spending tracking.
· Coordinate and execute month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and external audit support.
· Drive the annual budget process, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and investment analysis.
· Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
· Maintain and enhance internal controls, ensuring compliance with established accounting policies.
· Contribute to ERP system transitions and promote best practices in financial operations.
What You Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA designation is highly valued.
· Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in cost accounting, preferably within manufacturing.
· Strong command of US GAAP and demonstrated ability to uphold robust internal controls.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of ERP systems.
· Proven ability to analyze complex data, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
· Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
