Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team on a 3-month temporary assignment, with the potential for extension. This role will provide essential support across recruiting coordination, internship hiring, and administrative tasks to help manage a backlog of work. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Support internship recruiting efforts, including posting roles, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Assist with recruiting for entry-level roles as needed.
Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition (TA) partners.
Help maintain candidate pipelines, recruiting documentation, and scheduling logistics.
Communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless process.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and process improvements across the TA function.

Skills and Requirements
1-3 years of experience in college recruiting, HR administration, or administrative support.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities Prior experience with candidate outreach or interview coordination
