What You’ll Do:

The DC Portfolio Operations team is the operational engine responsible for the entire lifecycle of CoreWeave's data centers, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into successful outcomes.

About the role: As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the daily execution and coordination of a portfolio of data center operations initiatives. You will drive technology and process improvement projects from start to finish, managing timelines, resources, and communication across multiple teams. Your day-to-day will involve translating strategic goals into actionable workstreams, tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery, operations management, or technical program execution.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data center deployment, infrastructure project implementation, or technical project management in a data center environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience with high-performance compute (HPC) and GPU-based technologies.
  • Familiarity with software tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Maximo, AutoCAD Construction Cloud, Procore, Sunbird, or building analytics/AI platforms.

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility)

Our Workplace

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
