 Position Overview  In this position, you’ll assist customers through 
 live video calls  , helping them diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues such as ranges or refrigerators. You’ll act as the bridge between customers and our technical department — guiding them step-by-step, ensuring accurate diagnosis, and keeping every case on track. 
 This is a great fit for someone who enjoys 
 hands-on problem-solving  and wants to build a career in the appliance or technical support field. Full KUCHT training will be provided. 
 What You’ll Do -  Answer customer calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner. 
-  Troubleshoot appliance issues live via video, guiding customers safely through each step. 
-  Document every case accurately, including findings and resolutions. 
-  Escalate complex issues to field technicians or senior technical staff when needed. 
-  Collaborate with the Customer Service and Technical teams to streamline support processes. 
-  Identify recurring product issues and share feedback to improve quality. 
-  Take ownership of cases and show initiative — there’s room to grow fast in this role. 
What We’re Looking For-  At least 18 years old. 
-  Experience in customer service, technical support, or hands-on repair work preferred. 
-  Basic mechanical or technical aptitude (appliances, electronics, or HVAC a plus). 
-  Comfortable using video calls and digital tools (Google Workspace, etc.). 
-  Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is a strong plus. 
-  Patient, empathetic, and detail-oriented problem solver. 
-  Positive attitude and team player — willing to learn and grow.
