You can check us out at Objectives: To manage customer sale opportunities and drive traffic to the dealership by appointment setting. Strategizing customer interactions, setting appointments, monitoring and tracking all records of communication contact/attempts. Job Summary: Consistent phone outreach, social media contact and listing management, and website lead follow up to create and close sales opportunities with customers. Overcoming objectives and setting in-person appointments for customers to work with sales team. You will have an opportunity to work with and learn industry leading and global Powersports and Motorcycle brands. View for further info. Essential Functions: · Making 80 outbound Phone Calls a day to prospects. · Follow Adventure Lifestyle approved scripts for talking to customers via phone and internet chat. · Identifying primary purchasing concerns. · Communicating clearly and asking specific questions to obtain information. · Track and transcribe all interactions with customers as well as attempted outreach. · Respond to and follow up with all sales opportunities in a timely manner. · Communicating with management to inform progress of potential customers. · Project positive image to customers at all times. · Stay up to date on the dealerships current inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase. · Use daily web-based programs, customer record management program, and Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel · Develop an understanding of powersport vehicles by studying models, capabilities, and features.
