Saverne is a wood-fired modern brasserie from Gabriel Kreuther, the celebrated chef of his two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Bryant Park. Opening this winter on the ground floor of The Spiral in Hudson Yards, Saverne offers refined Alsatian-inspired cuisine, dramatic live-fire cooking, and genuine hospitality in a modern, approachable setting. We are seeking warm, polished, and detail-oriented Hosts to join our opening Front-of-House team. This role is ideal for individuals who naturally create welcoming first impressions and take pride in organization, grace, and guest experience.

What We’re Looking For: 
Previous hosting experience;
Strong knowledge of reservation system;
Professional appearance and calm, friendly demeanor;
Strong communication and organizational skills;
Ability to manage reservations, seating flow, and guest expectations;
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-standard environment;

Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and manage arrivals with confidence;
Coordinate reservations, walk-ins, and table pacing;
Communicate effectively with FOH and BOH teams;
Maintain an organized, welcoming host stand;
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism.
