Guest Services Concierge

Quince & Co, home to the Michelin-starred Quince and its sister restaurants Cotogna and Verjus, is seeking a Guest Services Concierge to join our Reservations and Guest Relations team. This pivotal role ensures that every detail of our guests’ journey—from reservation to dining experience—is seamlessly orchestrated with warmth, precision, and excellence.
What You’ll DoOversee daily operations of the reservations system (7Rooms), ensuring cover counts and guest flow align with business goals.
Manage special requests, pre-payments, and VIP guest experiences (RED/ALW guests).
Direct best practices for guest communications, confirmation procedures, and concierge relations.
Act as the liaison for hotel partners, concierges, and VIP clientele to elevate guest experiences.
Prepare and distribute daily service packets and menus, collaborating with management and captains to anticipate guest needs.
Ensure flawless execution of service readiness, from guest notes to special event programming.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a passion for guest hospitality.
Prior experience in luxury hospitality, reservations, or concierge services.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
Familiarity with reservation platforms (7Rooms experience a plus).
