Job Description

Our client, a large entertainment company, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team! This will be a hybrid role working out of their office in Orlando. The successful candidate will possess strong FP&A skills and GAAP knowledge, have the ability to meet tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership. lease no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered.

Role Overview:

• Contract Role: 12 months
• Pay: $35-40/hr on W2
• Schedule: Monday & Thursday onsite, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday remote

Responsibilities: 

• Maintain budget tracking tools
• Partner with manager to provide detailed financial forecasts for potential gains and losses
• Prepare week-end & month-end financial reports
• Prepare journal entries for accruals
• Track invoices and billings
• Identify and implement continuous improvement processes
• Identify and resolve data issues to ensure financial accuracy

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business concentration
• 1+ years of FP&A experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with SAP required, BusinessObjects experience is highly preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
