Huli Huli Hawaiian Rotisserie, located on Lower East Side (43 Clinton Street) is ready to open!
We are looking to add two (2) candidates with some culinary background.

We are a sister restaurant of noreetuh, which is a Michelin Bib restaurant, one of few Hawaiian concepts in New York City. We aim to bring the flavors of the Island, focusing on slow roasted chicken, as well as delicious fried chicken with secret marinade.

Our opening hours of operation will be from Tuesday - Saturday, 5pm until midnight.
We are looking to add candidates who can work until closing time.

Candidate should have strong work ethics, ability to speak and comprehend English.
Fluency in English is preferred but not a must to apply.
Candidate should be able to work with a sense of urgency and must be able to follow standard operating procedures.
Candidate should have at least one year of work experience in a professional kitchen.
