Job Description:
Support and manage the execution of email marketing campaigns using Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring quality, accuracy, and performance analytics.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Build, QA, and schedule email campaigns in Marketo
Manage production workflow via spreadsheets
Coordinate with copywriters and designers to meet deadlines
Clone and manage recurring campaigns
Create segmentation lists and ensure accurate targeting
Generate performance reports using Marketo and Salesforce
Conduct minor HTML edits and testing
Support data integrity and readiness for future platform migration
Assist with lead capture, form integrations, and opt-outs in Salesforce
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
5 years of experience with marketing automation (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Hands-on experience in email campaign execution and reporting
Understanding of syncing, QA, and troubleshooting automation workflows
Experience with segmentation and list building
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM for lead tracking and contact management
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with customized tools and working in fully remote teams
Self-starter with ability to work autonomously
Exposure to Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and data migration
