Job Description

1. Design and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, services, or content.
2. Create personalized, segmented, and automated email workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
3. Write compelling email copy and design visually appealing templates.
4. Manage and grow subscriber lists while maintaining compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) .
5. Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content.
6. Monitor and analyze campaign metrics such as open rate, click-through rate (CTR), bounce rate, and conversions .
7. Coordinate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
8. Use CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, SendGrid) to schedule and track campaigns.
9. Research audience preferences and implement best practices for engagement.
10. Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
