The Role

The Concierge is the welcoming face of the community, delivering exceptional service to residents, guests, and visitors. This role requires adaptability, strong multitasking skills, creativity, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Resident & Guest Experience

  • Deliver a welcoming, exceptional experience to every resident, guest, and associate, creating a positive first impression and building rapport.
  • Plan and support community activities to foster resident engagement and a strong sense of belonging.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and the service team, ensuring routine and emergency maintenance requests are communicated and resolved promptly.

Community & Amenity Maintenance

  • Maintain high standards for community appearance by conducting routine inspections of common areas and amenities, coordinating with the service team to address upkeep needs.
  • Oversee maintenance of office and amenity equipment, including copiers, printers, business centers, fitness equipment, and clubhouse amenities.

Leasing & Administrative Support

  • Provide support to the leasing team by making initial contact with prospective residents, scheduling appointments, assisting with key pick-ups, and supporting move-in/move-out processes.
  • Receive, log, and manage resident packages and deliveries.
  • Answer phones, provide accurate information, forward calls, and take messages as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED, or the equivalent level of work experience in an office or customer-facing environment.
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve resident or guest concerns effectively.
  • Prior experience as a concierge or in front desk support preferred.
  • Previous experience planning or coordinating events is a plus.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record may be required based on the community you are applying for employment. This will be required for the use of company-owned vehicles i.e. utility and golf carts.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits

  • We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from $20.00 - $21.00 hourly, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g. cost of labor/living, etc.) and operational considerations.
  • This position may be eligible for performance-based bonuses as determined in the Company's sole discretion.
  • This position will be eligible for company benefits in accordance with Company policy. We offer a competitive total rewards package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage along with a broad range of supplemental benefits including a 401(k) Retirement Plan and more. We also offer paid time off for vacation, sickness, holiday and bereavement.
