Job Description

We’re hiring a motivated Entry-Level Brand Ambassador to join our expanding nonprofit outreach team! This is a fantastic opportunity to represent leading nonprofit organizations at community events, increase public awareness for impactful causes, and inspire meaningful local involvement.

Entry-Level Brand Ambassador Job Responsibilities

  • Represent trusted nonprofit partners at community events, fundraisers, and public outreach campaigns

  • Communicate each nonprofit’s mission, values, and community impact clearly and effectively

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with community members through friendly, approachable engagement

  • Distribute educational materials and respond to public inquiries to boost support and participation

  • Assist with event setup, takedown, and coordinate basic logistics

  • Maintain a professional, upbeat, and brand-aligned presence at all outreach events

  • Help the team reach daily and weekly goals for community engagement and outreach success

Qualifications for Entry-Level Brand Ambassador

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Outgoing, confident, and comfortable engaging with diverse audiences

  • Passionate about nonprofit causes, community service, or social advocacy

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Bonus: Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or volunteer work
