We are currently seeking an experienced Azure DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in developing automation solutions and managing cloud infrastructure at scale. In this role, you will work closely with both engineering and client teams to modernize, automate, and secure enterprise environments using industry-leading DevOps tools and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for Azure using Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure Bicep.
Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate deployment and streamline software delivery.
Collaborate across teams to drive migration from manual processes to automated, IaC-driven approaches for infrastructure deployment and management.
Ensure code quality and best practices in infrastructure automation by leading code reviews and mentoring team members.
Design and manage Azure infrastructure utilizing services including Virtual Networks (VNets), Storage Accounts, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and more.
Implement security measures such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), network-level policies, and compliance monitoring.
Deploy and maintain monitoring solutions; troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment pipeline issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectures, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
Required Qualifications
8 10 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, including solid Azure cloud experience.
Advanced proficiency with IaC tools: Terraform, ARM templates, or Azure Bicep.
Deep expertise in deploying and managing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Comprehensive understanding of Azure services and cloud architecture, including networking and security.
Familiarity with Git and version control best practices.
Proven experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
Applied knowledge of DevOps principles, agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
Relevant certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, ELK Stack, Application Insights).
Previous consulting/client-facing experience and ability to travel to client sites in Phoenix/Las Vegas.
Familiarity with additional automation/configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet).
Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and influence DevOps best practices.
