This person will split their time between three of our properties in the area: Crystal Bay, French Creek, and Winchester Apartments. It is a requirement to be able to drive between the three properties during the work schedule.

-  Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00/hour PLUS $75 commissions per new lease

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing 
- Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
- Must be an organized self-starter
- Must be professional in appearance and demeanor 
- A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
